If you do not find the facts on here, just ask the deli clerk to see the package next time. Most of the turkey breast I have found are about 60 cals per 2 ounces. Sorry I don't have a definite answer for you.

Starbucks tall skinny vanilla latte = 90cals.... that is a tall Sugar-Free Vanilla with Non-Fat Milk I treat myself once a week:)

Love the idea of bite size carrots and celery! I don't have much for sandwich ideas, as I am a turkey fan:)... but maybe you could cook some chicken and make wraps? This is good that you are planning ahead, have a great time... and enjoy the company and the scenery... they are more important than the food:)

I usually work out at night... sometimes I am at the gym from 10pm-Midnight. I joined a 24hr gym, so that I could no longer use the excuse that I "did not have time to exercise". I believe that as long as you are moving, it is good!

I am taken a free pass from weighing this week:) I have been off the wagon for two weeks now... I am going to take this weekend to collect my thoughts and get back to it! I love, love, love their oatmeal..... just ask for it without any of the sides (brown sugar, fruit and nuts) that way you are not tempted to add those extra calories!

My daughter was home sick today from school... so instead of going to work, I went through my closet.... I am giving away all my clothes that are size 22! YEA for me! Of course it was mostly shorts and capris.... so I guess I will be getting a new summer wardrobe this year:)

Like someone else posted, I was thinking your water in take may be a factor. I noticed that on days when I get more than 64oz of water in I sweat way more. On the days I do not drink as much, I just get boob sweat... LOL

Ok guys... I need some help and motivation. I have been eating horrible for 7-8 days now and I have not completed a food diary during that time either. I was doing so good.... then I got off schedule and I am being lazy about getting back into my routine. I cannot give up now, I have to find strength. Help me!

Down 0.2! LOL Sounds like we are all in the same boat this week... but at least it is not a gain! I actually gained 3 lbs last weekend after our last weigh in.... so to get rid of that in a week and still have a -0.2 makes me happy! Hi there! When I started running last spring I got shin splints pretty bad. I found a stretch that worked for me. Sit on your knees and lean back. Of course it also stretched my quad, but I could definitely feel my problem area stretching too. You may want to look on youtube for stretches and advice.... it is always easier…
