The conclusion I would draw is that when you go over 1200 calories you see no weight loss results for the week. From what I see in your data you lost wieght on the weeks you averaged under 1200 calories per day. How are you doing on water in take and sodium?

It is up to you if you want to consume the calories earned by doing exercise. I usually do not consume all of them, but if I go a little over (100-200) my original target I am ok with that. Welcome to MFP, I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do!

I weigh myself every morning, however normally I only update my weight on MFP once a week. Today is an exception, I finally hit the 20 lbs loss mark!!!! You bet I was logging it! And doing a happy dance on top of my scale!!!! 100lbs left to go, I know I can do it!

Do you have to pay the fees to be a member of their site to see how many calories you burn? Or does the bug itself tell you that information? I guess what I am asking is do you log into bodybug.com to see what you burn and then log into MFP and log that info or can you just see it on your device and then log it into MFP?

Lost 2.2 this week, that puts be at 239.4 I am sooooo close to that 20 lb lost mark! I know I will reach it this next week. I am a huge fan of Luna bars (160-190cals) and the Slimfast 123 snack bars (100cals).... however they may be too sweet for you. For salty you could get the small bags of Baked Lays (160cals). Thank you ladies for the congrats. I have been working hard. Instead of being focused on what I "can't" have, I have stayed forcused on staying in my calorie budget. I have been drinking tons of water and trying to get to the gym at least 4 days a week. I am serious this time, I am focused on ME this year!
