I would put a post-it note on the cookies, reminding me of my goals:) Also I would suggest, although I have never tried, having a glass of water and tin of altoids by your bed. I love drinking cool water with a breath mint, refreshing! And you can't mix cookies with that taste in your mouth! LOL

i don't think any of us are looking for a miracle, we know how we gained weight, we know now that the only way to lose it and keep it off is to eat right and start moving. I find it hard to believe that Jillian Michaels would put her name on something that was dangerous or a gimmick.

I do not believe there is a setting, but if you click on "My Topics" you can see who the last post was by and how long ago it was posted... mins, hours, days. If you click on "view" next to the last post, you will go directly to the last post so that you do not have to go through pages and pages of posts.

Just weighed in and have had no change since my last weigh in:( But after the week I have had, at least I did not gain! Back to the gym today and I vow to be more focused this next week! I would like to lose at least 3lbs this next week.... I can do it!!!

No change on the scale for me this week:( I had a crazy week, only hit the gym twice and only drank 1 glass of water yesterday! At least I didn't gain! I would suggest planning out your food for the day. When I plan, I make sure to include 3-4 snacks, such as yogurt, sugar free pudding, slimfast snack bars or luna bars.... that way, no matter when I get the urge to eat I know what I can have. Spend some time at the gym that day if you know you are going out. I usually do not eat back the calories I burn at the gym, but when I do have a night out or a baby shower where I eat a little more high calorie foods I do tend to tap into those calories burned and then I do not feel so bad. I agree that the protein level set on MFP are low. It is ok to go a little over in protein, especially if you are being active. I asked about this recently and was assured that your body will just get rid of the excess protein. Also I have heard that you should have one gram of protein for every pound you weigh IF YOU ARE…

I tend to eat crappy at night too, so I have been heading to the gym later at night. Also like some of the others have stated I do not have anything TOO damanging in my kitchen. Tonight I was bored, so I grabbed a sugar free pudding (60cals), then a slimfast bar (100cals).

Great Job! My secret to drinking water is that I keep a case of water in my car at all times. I commute 32miles each way, so I have plenty of time to drink two bottles on the way too work and two bottles on the way home. That way I am sure to get my water in for the day. I found the BEST Luna bar ever made tonight.... White Chocolate Macadamia..... OMG SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD! I love w choc mac cookies, these Luna bars are a perfect substitute! I too take Lean Cuisines with me to work everyday. My favorites lately are the turkey tenderloins w/ sweet potatoes & dressing and the cheese pizza.
