Thanks for all the input. This was my weekly weigh in btw. I would ball park my calorie intake at around 1200+\- 100 depending on the day. I was eating that much and working out 5x a week and it seemed to be okay. I think I may cut down on cardio, and tweak probably just my lunch portion of my diet and keep the rest the…

I have a really low appetite. So even eating this small of an amount I am rarely hungry.
