Just add foods to your diary entry by either typing them in and finding the right one, and choosing how much you ate of that particular food, OR on a mobile device you can scan the barcode of the food and it will find it automatically! then you just add to Breakfast/lunch/dinner etc in your diary, and just add food as you…
