Hi I'm new I got told about this today and need a bit of help how to use it! I'm 10stone 1/2 Nd want to loose about 2 stone I just wondered if anyone would help me use this please thanks

Just add foods to your diary entry by either typing them in and finding the right one, and choosing how much you ate of that particular food, OR on a mobile device you can scan the barcode of the food and it will find it automatically! then you just add to Breakfast/lunch/dinner etc in your diary, and just add food as you go throughout the day(its easier to remember if you put it in as soon as youve eaten it!), as well as any exercise you do. It will help motivate you if you add people too!

It takes a bit at first. Go to foods and click on food diary. Click on the meal you want to enter and it will take you to another page. Type in the food you wish to eat. That will take you to a list of that food both generic and brand name, click on the one that matches. That will give you the serving size and the calories. If you decide that is the one you want click on add to diary. As you add foods you like you will build a list of your favorites. Once you have your list it is so much easier to just click and adjust the serving size if necessary. If you go to the exercise tab you can do the same thing and that will give you additional calories for the day.
I forgot to mention when you first log in go to goals to set your goals and get the recommended calorie count for your body . Good luck . This is a great site. I have lost almost 40 pounds since February 10. and have 70 to go.0 -

That's how I felt the first six months I was on this site. I'm still trying to figure out some of it...(and I still don't know how to find another user's blog without clicking 18 different pages and trying a combination of URLs).
