i weigh in daily...twice daily actually. Once in the morning right when i get up and once right before bed. i do it twice for my excel sheet which really lets me know what's going right and where went wrong. my friday morning weighins are the ones i put into mfp.

if it was me, i'd stick it out at least 6 months when you can get a job and then i'd save up money. Knowing how i am, i would wait a year until i got my finances in order along with a job and transportation and found a nicely priced apartment. IF possible, stick it out until you graduate, yeah your situation is VERY bad.…

everyday i workout since i use the scale at the gym. i started a spreadsheet in June that records my weight each time so it encourages me and i learn a lot about my fluctuations.

By your graduation date, you could probably lose 20-25pounds realistically. so perhaps you…

i haven't truly noticed a huge difference even though i am down over 30 inches from my thighs, belly button, natural waist, hips (only measure those 4 areas). i think weight is coming off equally for me from everywhere. when i look in the mirror i dont notice changes but from pictures i can see my shape is the same but…

i live in a dorm too. same rules apply for us. if there is a dining hall on your campus, make a salad and meat. hopefully your campus has a nutrition page where you can look up values for everything. i pre plan each day so i mostly stay at the main dining hall instead of the other pick up options. i eat a salad with every…
