you can do it, but i'd start around bmr if i could redo things. i was eating 5 times a day and made it my calorie goals. you find ways to make things healthier and after awhile it just becomes second nature. i just upped my calories today to 1600 and still eating 5 times a day no clue how to eat all the food i have to eat…

well i've been watching what i eat of course and i finally will be back in the gym on the 13th or 14th. haven't been to the gym in like 3 weeks because i am on winter break. but i am excited to go back so i can hit the gym instead of workout dvds.with all that said i lost half a pound this week so not too bad.

I have that exactly. i call it a double belly. I have only lost 20pounds and still have about 30-40 to go. Trust me i am worrying a lot about it too though. I hope it goes down properly but we won't know until we lose the weight.I haven't seen any others with this type of belly let alone success pictures of people with it
