Currently 160.6 down from 233 in 2012. So it's been a very long road.but I'm finally close to breaking into the 150s. 155 is the bmi healthy category for my height. Headed out of country for the next month so I am going to try to get down to 155 or at least not gain.

I'm doing mini increments of 10 pounds each. I'm 2.4 pounds away from 50 pounds down! Also my lowest adult weight ever. Hoping to hit it by early June.

I'll say 140-145, but really I'm going by looks. So I hold my weight in arms, back, and stomach so I really just want no back fat and a flat-ish stomach and my arms to have muscle and be slim. I'm hoping that happens at 140-145 but I may have to drop lower to achieve all 3. I'm still a long ways away from finding out.

eat whatever maintenance is for you. drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. also you'll have plenty of activities like walking or dancing depending on what you enjoy. beware though in Spain dinner time is normally served really late like 9-10PM. lunch and siesta time is from about 2-4PM. i just finished week 4 today. i am adding in a week of cardio abs then going into recovery week. so we will be on the same timeline then..plus my abs need all the help they can get.

yeah i am on week 4 only 2 days left until recovery week. i started losing drive but i know i have to be patience to see results..so far the scale has only managed to go up as of last weigh in..i hope this week is different. I have a B belly too. i saw a picture of another girl with a B belly, after she lost weight you couldn't tell except for the frowny face belly button. Since then that is what I have been aiming for.
