  • I'm stuck at the moment! I'm 5ft 10in and started at 194lb, with a target of 160lb. I had a plateau at around 177lb but got over that one by sticking at it and having a couple of really good weeks exercising and eating well. But now I am just rolling around between 162lb and 167lb. I'm exercising regularly, I'm eating…
  • Glossop for me. Lost 27lbs since July 2012 but currently seemed to have plateaued at around 167/168lbs and its taking some time to get it back going again even though I'm watching what I'm doing and exercising. Looking to reach a target of 160lbs. :0)
  • How happy am I right now!! I have just gone through the target I set myself for the month  My target was 150km on my bike and I've just done 14 km this afternoon which has taken me to 152km for the month.........so far!! When I set the target I was sceptical I would reach it as I knew what a busy month was lying…

I started at 194lbs and have lost 9 lbs so far so now at 185lbs and looking to get to around 170-175lbs. I've really been watching what I eat to make sure I have the…

  • 9lbs in just over a month for me. Started at 194 and currently at 185.
  • What a great idea! I've set my goal for this month on the bike as well having a challenge at the end of the month to successfully climb England's highest mountain Scafell Pike in the Lake District (we climbed Snowdon a few months ago which is the highest in Wales & second highest in UK)
  • Thanks for responses and advice everyone, didn't expect so many  I've got a heart monitor which I'm using when I excersise to make sure I stay within the fat burning zone. I am also adding everything I eat to MFP, anything that isn't in the db I find the details and add it. I'm also exercising closer to 5 times a…
