I had surgery 3 yrs ago this month - i lost 140 lbs .Over this past winter i gained 20 lbs - being lazy eating JUNK. In feb my mother died and the 2 weeks she was in hospice i admit i ate mostly breads and junk food adding another 10 lbs on me . I'm currently at 201 ( 25 Lbs of that regain ) . I tried a bag , is it worth it NO! Cost me like 135.00 and after a few days sure i dropped a few lbs but really did i want to drink ,my meals NO! I like food too much I like chewing foods to much. So my 135$ bag is sitting up in the cupboard .

I started swimming around 2 months ago. I had hit a plateau and couldn't lose weight for anything . I usually water walk for 15 min then swim 15 , then water walk another 15 and swim again. at least 6 days a week . In 2 months I've dropped 20 lbs. I LOVE SWIMMING!

Yep I think its a women thing . I weight daily , I know in my head it's not good but i also do not beat myself up if i'm up 1-2 lbs because it's probably water weight. If i see 5 lb then I know I've screwed up and need to get back on track

Thanks for this post . Yesterday I got a message berating me because I ate 400 cal of " junk " food mind you I only ate 1500 all day and exercised 700 of those off ( i do not eat them back ) I was told I'll never loss eating like this woke up this morning to a .04 loss WTF I'll take it!

Dr put me on it. The first week i craved water so bad & didn't want to eat I lost like 8 lbs . But everything i ate tasted like a block of salt. My goal is 130 . It's taken me almost a year to lose 50 . Have had some issues , Health scares & job loss have only gained 5 and lost 2.5 of those. So still pushing forward never looking back . I would love for anyone that wants to friend me to help keep me motivated .

I wear my HRM and I burned around 330 -360 cal for this , I weigh 260 though , like everyone said it depends on your weight
