Workouts for upper thighs?
Help me i've lost some weight in my hips & butt and lower legs but my thighs are still huge . What can i do to help reduce them. I do treadmill, circuit training & either or elliptical or arc trainer now.

Just how long is your workout. I started out just walking like an hr a day but once the weather got bad ( live in Michigan) . I moved on to the gym. How do you calculate your workouts ? I do upper body 30 minutes one day ( plus hr of cardio) then next day lower body ( and cardio) . 5 days a week. Is there anyway to CORRECTLY calculate calories burned while doing this. My trainer has me doing 30 minutes of lower body 2 days a week & 2 days of upper body . I use different weights depending on the machine. so I am now just using MFP circuit training calculations But I'm sure their over inflated.
