Is there anyway to CORRECTLY calculate calories burned while doing this. My trainer has me doing 30 minutes of lower body 2 days a week & 2 days of upper body . I use different weights depending on the machine. so I am now just using MFP circuit training calculations But I'm sure their over inflated.
