Help me i've lost some weight in my hips & butt and lower legs but my thighs are still huge . What can i do to help reduce them. I do treadmill, circuit training & either or elliptical or arc trainer now.

Remember that you can NOT spot reduce fat, so going leg extensions or lunges or whatever exercise you choose isn't going to magically melt away fat in one specific area. You need to reduce your overall body fat levels.
However some great exercises for legs are, Squats, Deadlifts and lunges!0 -
Squats. Lifting weights will help you all over.0

Use the hip adduction machine if your gym has one, great for inner thighs, i can crack walnuts with mine...0

Lay on your back, bring your legs straight up into the air (so your body makes an L), then open and close your legs keeping your knees straight. It will KILL your abs, your hips (well, that bit of muscle where your legs meet your torso right beside your hip bones; not everyone calls that hip but I don't know what else to call it), and your inner and outter thigh. Like the previous posts said, you can't spot loose fat, but this will sure tone it up.0
