Asking for help

I have hit a plateau. It is driving me crazy. I've been gaining and losing the same 3 lbs since Nov. I have tried adjusting my daily intake up & down .I changed my exercise from 300-400 a day to 600-700 a day. My daily goal right now is 1500. My starting weight was 310 my current weight as of this morning was 258. I want to lose at least another 50-80 lbs My goal is 50 more by June .Am I not eating enough, should Icut back on exercise / take time off ????? HELP!!!!

    Firstly congratulations on your weight loss today. I'm no expert, however having a quick look at your food diary I don't see a lot of vegetables. Do you eat chicken and fish. I plateaued before Christmas and was not apply with myself. During that droid I found that my diet was lacking a variety of vegetables, fish and chicken.
    Since introducing them four weeks ago, I have lost 7lb. Which I am really pleases with. Anyway good luck on your journey. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.
