I quit cold turkey, was a Diet Mt dew drinker . I hated drinking water but started drinking more this summer w/ some mio or crystal light, Now thats all I drink usually around 6-8 glasses a day.

Foe 3 months I gave up all fast food then I started seeing my MFP friends eating FF and still losing so now about once a week I'll treat myself but I stay under my goals daily . You just have to make healthier choices.

Sometimes I eat a Bagel. Or hard boiled eggs & turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Maybe Kashi brand cereals or peanut butter toast, yogurts and even Oatmeal.

Most of my adult life but what really hit home was my Dr asking me if I wanted to die because I was border line diabetic and had extremely high blood pressure ..

never have hopefully never will I dont even hit my goal daily I'm usually at least 100-200 calories below then minus calories burned usually 400-500 less my goal is 1850

Carrie, I just checked it out it was pretty cool. Click on tools click on recipe nutrition it will ask you what you made and how many people it feeds then you list the ingredient and it calculate how many calories total & per serving w/ fat, sodium , & etc

I bake it in aluminum foil w/ seasoning salt & pepper. pretty good but does fall in pieces at times .

I just made it and its good but i think i'd use 1/2 the amount of oatmeal . i made it into 2 bars was kind of dry I did have to add extra water when mixing it. Overall it is good and reminds me of No bake cookies.

Totally hate plain water . I can drink like 3 glasses a day bit i prefer to add oranges / lemons or sugar free water enhansers

My new journey is to lose at least 120 w/ 24 down already anyone can add me as long as their supportive.

I find checking others diary is always a good way to see what others are eating. I've been able to stay under 1400 for awhile actually closer to 1000-1200 once i subtract my worked calories. I have been steadily losing an average of 2 lbs a week
