I weigh every morning, and log every Friday. Like most of you, it helps me to see patterns.

Keurig, blender, small George Foreman grill, and digital scale. I have a tiny kitchen!

Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs, Fiber. I agree, though, I wish we could track more. I'd add sodium, calcium and iron.

Derby Day was a fail for me as well! I drank too much, and made poor food choices. I felt horrrible Sunday; not hung over, but just not good. So, in a way, that's even more motivation for me. I can clearly see that what I put in my body affects how I feel. It's not just about weight loss, it's about overall health.

I've cut my alcohol by more than half, and have finally broken through this weight loss plateau. Yay! It makes me want to drink even less, which I think will be easier now.

You're doing great!

That sounds pretty good, thank you!

That's so impressive and inspiring!

Well....I didn't cut it out, but I did cut it by half tonight. AND, since I was feeling antsy (not a good sign, but anyhoo) I went for a 1.5 mile walk. Yay me! First time I've exercised in forever. So yeah. Baby steps.

Huh. Maybe I should switch to gin and tonic! Just kidding. I don't like gin.

"Sobering thought" - haha!

Same here, sorry to say. Not many days go by that I don't have a drink (or more). Heck, if I did nothing else but cut out the alcohol I'd probably lose a significant amount of weight. Hopefully we can all support each other, on our good days and our bad!
