I've also just returned. I managed to gain back everything I had previously lost which was absolutely devastating but definitely the motivation I needed. Would definitely love some active friends to motivate, add me if you want?

Such a good transformation you look great! Sold all of my clothes from when I was my highest weight apart from one pair of jeans....can't wait to be able to do a picture like this with them :D

I just attempted to make this: http://foodfitnessfreshair.com/2013/04/21/curried-sweet-potato-and-lentils/ Think I possibly got confused with changing measurements from pounds and cups to ml and grams...hence the final product looking like a pile of green mush.

After the Jamie Oliver thing in the UK, the school that I was at sixth form at banned "junk" like chips and pizza...however they still sold greasy bacon and sausage sandwiches and chocolate brownies so I don't think the whole thing really worked.

These are definitely the two I've noticed! Also when shopping for new clothes I instantly go to the larger sizes and refuse to believe anything from the 'normal' ranges will fit...then get a shock when it does

I tried this last summer but stopped after hurting my ankle...keen to try it again but I've been putting it off. This is the motivation I need so I will start it on monday :)

I've noticed the same thing but I think for me it's mainly down to the fact that when the weather is good you get out more even if it just for a walk etc
