  • also maintaining but I'm working out each day and Really? There's Nothing going on right now that truly affects me, other than extra busy and not prepping properly. My workouts wake me up in the AM. There's not a ton of extra food at work. Now it may help that I'm celiac and can't have any regular cookies. Will I…

No I have that cholesterol rockin' it really is much more for me... how I look and feel in outfits, etc. Even though i've struggled…
  • Meal preps. Find a day that you can cook up several days worth of meals. chicken, turkey, etc. make wraps or things that are easy to travel with you, create some dinners. Freeze those that you won't eat within the first few days. Do the same with veggies. Cut items up and bag them so its 'grab and go'. I just bought an…

  • Congrats on quitting smoking! A very healthy choice! you have to want it enough (again). Don't look at it as 'getting back' to where you were, then one is always feeling in the hole and that's hard. Today is today and you are where you are. Beer has plenty of calories. Do you want the beer more or the weight loss? Why do…
  • Lots of info already above. Why are you aiming for 1,000 calories though? that's pretty low, with also working out. Use the calculator and figure out the proper amount of calories you need and get better with the logging. Sorry for all the frustrations. Since the somewhat guessing hasn't worked before, its time to really…
  • Lots of info already, and I didn't read it all. You're at 2 weeks! This is the VERY TYPICAL time of Give up. Why? Well you feel like its changing everything. The excitement of changing has kind of left and yet the scale/mirror/tape measure isn't showing any or much change yet so the mind says "Why Bother" you will Bother…

You're so right.... the weather is changing, and we're inside so lets get this done! It will feel so much better than keeping the coach warm an extra 30 minutes. Lets do this!
