  • I started running 4 years ago, could barely managed a few hundred yards before I had to walk, struggled after 20 minutes or so. Then I did my first half marathon 6 months after I started running and caught the running bug ever since! Just did my PB in half marathon about a month ago, now I got my first marathon coming up…
  • One thing that really worked for me is to log what I'm planning to eat a day in advance on myfitnesspal and stick by it, and make any edits if I end up doing anything different, found it easier to keep track this way!
  • It really is just a balance diet, reducing unsaturated fat and avoiding refined sugar. Keep it up!
  • nice to see local milton keynes MFP users (well only recently moved to MK). So many days I've gone over my daily limit before I start planning my meals a day in advance, which works like wonder for keeping everything in track.
  • long time lurker and first time poster here, thought i'd contribute for a change...! I've just changed mine (well 60% Carb / 20% proteins / 20% fat for me), you can find it under My Home - Goals - change goals - custom goals you can then change the %. however I don't think you can have 0% though.
