One thing that really worked for me is to log what I'm planning to eat a day in advance on myfitnesspal and stick by it, and make any edits if I end up doing anything different, found it easier to keep track this way!

It really is just a balance diet, reducing unsaturated fat and avoiding refined sugar. Keep it up!

nice to see local milton keynes MFP users (well only recently moved to MK). So many days I've gone over my daily limit before I start planning my meals a day in advance, which works like wonder for keeping everything in track.

long time lurker and first time poster here, thought i'd contribute for a change...! I've just changed mine (well 60% Carb / 20% proteins / 20% fat for me), you can find it under My Home - Goals - change goals - custom goals you can then change the %. however I don't think you can have 0% though.
