  • Thank You for sharing. My SW was 213 and I set my goal for 160, which I am 2 lbs. away. But now I know that it is possible for me to go even farther and set my new goal at about 140-145. Keep up the good work and stay motivated because you want to make sure you keep it all off.
  • Lots of good comments to read. I also have been eating some of them back, although I have tried not to. So now I have something to think about - that it's not really hurting me to eat the workout calories.
  • I usually shop the clearance racks and find lots of good deals for under $10 (usually at Kohl's or JCP). The one thing that I have had to buy are pants because you can only wear the "big" pants for so long. Usually when I dropped two sizes I would buy a couple pair of pants (on sale of course.)
