It will get easier to stay under calories. Check out your log and recognize where you went over and make replacements with smarter choices. Ive personally had to work on eliminating things like chips and pretzels and add whole foods to fill me up with less calories.

Welcome. This is a great first step. Keeping track of what is going in and what is being burned has been a great education for me. Im down about 30 in 75 days. Breaking down the daily nutrients on top of just the calories has really helped me feel better. Hopefully you can see results rather quickly

Im looking to get down about 60 - 70. Im at 25 now. Im kind of happy because I cheated some while out with clients the other day and it made me feel bad. I actually craved getting back to the good food that have been making me feel good the past 60 days. Best of luck to everyone here.

I was just looking at my chart. I chart my weight when I hit a % of my body weight lost. The first couple %'s went rather fast like yours then I hit a rut At like 5% I was stalled for quite a while not losing a pound. Then one day there was a full percent in one day and then it seemed to be more uniform recently. Kind of…

I only have three friends in the 32 days Ive been here so I havent deleted anyone. The ones that I do have are very supportive and its really helpful to see how everyone is going about their journey.

My typical is a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, reduced fat provolone, mustard, lettuce and tomato. pretty filling and not too bad on calories.

Great advice. I tried the eyeball method when I first started. You can trick yourself into going a little over the serving size but only counting the serving size. Measure and weigh works best for me.

Way to hold yourself accountable for you decisions. Ive found its easy to blame situations and say its out of your control. Im going through that discovery myself right now.

Im still fat so it doesnt happen to me much. Like the idea though

Im starting over after many tries as well. I had a good first week. I hope to ride this momentum into a good second week and keep the ball rolling. Its hard but I hope finding the proper motivation is key to success. Best of luck to you all
