Aidell's is so tasty and they have several different kinds. They're by the bacon in most grocery stores. My faves are the adoille and the chicken and apple. They have Italian meatballs too that taste pretty awesome. http://www.aidells.com/

That's actually not true. I am in the same boat and have been doing so for 6 weeks. It has to do with metabolism and speeding it up again rather than misunderstanding the idea of calorie deficit.
