I think someone else has already said it but with children, rather the focus of losing weight it should be on growing into their weight which sounds like what is happening.

People need to stop focusing losing weight only here. Focus on a lifestyle change, one that you can live forever! Love love body attack. Best of the Les Mills classes for calorie burn! Zumba is hard work but I never ache afterwards and I'm not so co-ordinated so tend to lose my place a bit. Sweat buckets though...

I can relate, I totally binged on crisps and chocolate at my mates last night. I couldn't even complete my diary yesterday as I've no idea what I consumed. Bad times :( I feel so ashamed of myself today.
