I have Wii Zumba Party and love it, although i am so outta shape i cant get past level 3 on warmup - the classes are meant to be great for motivation - a girl i work with goes and she warns me to take at least 2ltrs of water with me if i go coz she says you sweat bucket loads

i watched a body attack class once, looked really good, but way too mcuh for me - i used to do kickboxing when i was late teens, but theres no way ill get back into a full session

iv done both. really like the music and atmosphere if both. Zumba is such a laugh and you dont realise how many calories you are actually burning. Attack is hard but stick with it you will enjoy it. i have stopped doing attack just now one instructor left our gym who was very motivating and so enthuisiatic. Her energy levels were outstanding. The guy replacing her in the class always takes the easy options so at moment lost motivation to keep at level was at. Its hard when clients can do press ups better than the instructors. Will go back at some point though

I do zumba for the wii as well and have been to a couple of classes. I find it is a great workout but I am not that fit, having said that all the people at the class seem to be out of breath as well - just not half dead like me lol.

My friend from work does a body attack class and she said it is brilliant, works every inch of her body and absolutely loves it.

Love love body attack. Best of the Les Mills classes for calorie burn! Zumba is hard work but I never ache afterwards and I'm not so co-ordinated so tend to lose my place a bit. Sweat buckets though...

I do both and love them (only started attack again recently)

I find combat and attack similar cal burn (i know the moves for combat but not for attack but when i get used to attack again, or stop needing a pee at the star jumps it may bump up the burnage more)

Attack is brilliant if your instructor is brilliant and the rest of the class joins in on the singing or noises.
