Hey good for you... you took the first step and came back. You did it once, you can do it again :) I feel the same way as you... I see issues with older family members and I know its because of their weight and unhealthy lifestyle. I don't want that to be me. We can do this!

I add mine to my smoothies. I have a vitamix and make sure I blend it really well... if not, it makes the smoothie really grainy. I bought a big bag of it at Costco.

I log it as Strength Training in the cardio area... but I use a heart rate monitor and adjust the calories burned to match my HRM.

Don't be too hard on yourself! We all have bad days. Look how far you have come. 65 pounds is awesome. Good for you! As for calorie intake... I think you need to listen to your body. If 1200 works for you, but 1600 doesn't... split the difference and see if you get anywhere. If not... reevaluate. You know what works best…

I try to drink half my weight in water every day. A few years ago... I hated water and had to force myself to drink it. Now its much easier. I think its one of those things that has to grow on you. Welcome! MFP is awesome. I too have tried tracking and WW, but never kept up with it although it does work.... This time around, I am using MFP and it is a wonderful tool. Tracking has never been easier. Good luck on your journey!!

I'm still in! Yesterday was Day 11 for me. I started May 1 and had to take a day off here and there due to life, but I'm still at it. I'm moving on to Level 2 today. I haven't even watched level 2, so I have no idea what I am in for. Looking forward to something different. Level 1 was great and I notice a huge difference…

I did Level 1 Day 5 yesterday. Day 6 is tonight. Its still tough for me, but I notice its a little easier than the first day! And push ups suck :)

I'm 5'10 and My goal is between 170 and 180. Who am I kidding... I would be giddy if it was anything below 200 :)
