  • If your calories haven't been right before than this may be the fact that what you did over the last couple days were better. Even with a couple days off from exercise your body will still be in fat burning mode as well.
  • One day of that won't put you into starvation mode. I wouldn't make it a habit and make sure that if you cut by 550 calories you don't drop your intake for the day below 1200.
