I got rid of my larger clothes when I knew it was time for me to just maintain what I have lost! I lost over 100 pounds, went from size 3X to size 4 petite! No need to keep the larger clothes!

Are you only eating 2 meals a day? You need to watch your sodium intake! That is very important! That could be one reason why you are not losing! Also, you need to drink at least 8 full glasses of water a day! Try eating 3 balanced meals a day with 2 snacks! I hope this helps!

I lost 100 pounds & then had the old fashioned bypass done on dec. 4, due to being insulin intolerant from steroid injections for 12 years in my spine ( due to car accident).
