There are a couple things you can do here. 1. Let everybody else pick over them before you go to the box. If all the "good" ones are gone you may decide you'd rather not have any than have one you don't like. or 2. Yeah you can gain your control back! You did it once, you just have to channel that and start it all up again. Remember what its all about. If its overall health or for being swim ready this summer. Get your goal back in mind and remember you've already done so much, pull it back together and get back on track.
