You can make it at home! Blend together chickpeas, a little water, fresh garlic and spices like cumin (whatever you like). Some people use olive oil but I personally don't. It is a great substitute for any type of condiment on wraps, sandwiches etc. Google recipes... it's super easy to make!

I am in the same exact boat! I just try to make it mind over matter and force myself to work hard. You are half way there! Set little goals for yourself and buy something nice for yourself when you reach those milestones. You are too far in to give up!

While the calorie and protein content are pretty much the same, sweet potatoes have a better vitamin value. AND they taste better lol. You wont even need to salt or butter them because they taste so good (and I prefer the texture of sweet over the white ones).

You are better off going with a sweet potato. Great nutrition and they taste amazing. Scrub/wash, poke with fork, cut off ugly parts and microwave for 3.5 minutes on each side. You don't even need butter! Enjoy!

Eat natural, unprocessed foods (as much as possible) and lots of cardio. Abs are pretty much made in the kitchen. My abs will start to pop out when I dont drink alcohol for a few days and make a huge effort to eat healthy.

Eat sweet potatoes! Super healthy and they taste amazing. Take a sweet potato, wash/scrub, cut off weird little sprout guys =), stab with a fork about six times in different areas, put on plate, cover with paper towel and microwave for 3.5 minutes on each side!

While fat and muscle literally weigh the same (pound for pound), muscle is more lean and takes up less space. A one pound ball of fat is physically larger but weighs the same. Does this make sense? While the scale may not be changing, if you are turning fat into muscle, you will lose inches.

Do squats!! With weights, without weights... sumo squatts, plie squatts, smith machine squats, air squats, prisoner squats! You name the squat and do it! I have been squatting hard-core for almost two months now and have seen a tremendous difference and my butt was bad to begin with. It is a bit higher and not as wide.

^Weighing yourself is sometimes not your best best. You could be gaining muscle (which is awesome!) and losing inches. Muscle weighs more than fat but physically takes up less space. I do insanity before work in the morning, weight lift 20-30 minutes during lunch and do cardio 3-4 days a week. I have been doing all three for about a month now and so far it's been great.
