I work at Quiznos and we have to use everything within 48 hours of slicing it/opening the package (we slice the meat and cheese ourselves) so im guessing its the same at Subway. So if its good from Sept 14-16 they probably change it to Sept 16-18 after the 16th.

Since you are starting, you could probably lose 10lbs, maybe more in the first couple of weeks but that will just be water weight. Going slow is the best way to go, seriously.

I had cheesecake for breakfast today, some reese cups, chips.. A&W on saturday, eat cereal all of the time.. I've lost 70+ lbs, and am less than 20lbs away from goal. Its working out pretty well for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

lol congrats! this happened to my this past weekend. we went to the lululemon outlet and because I always hear that lululemon isnt vanity sized I went right to the 12s. Had to keep sizing down til a 6! Crazy.

I dropped a 45lb plate on my foot while loading the squat rack and fractured it. Still hurts and is bruised 6 months later!

why do you need to lose 5lbs this week? you don't need to be done in 1 year. weight loss and health isnt something you do for one year, you have to keep it up for life.

I think it will be inevitable to atleast have some loose skin after losing almost 200lbs.

Oops. I thought it was a month. But still, nobody should be applauded for losing that much lean mass. She basically starved herself so she could win the money. Even if she plans on putting weight on, it will be insanely hard for her to put the muscle back on. I don't think that that is worth it. Hopefully after this season…

When she left the ranch she was 19% BF and had 121lbs of lean mass and 28.5lbs of fat. Now she is 105lbs. So she lost AT LEAST 30lbs of lean mass IN A MONTH. Working out 2 hours a day is overkill. maybe try to scale it back to 1 hour a day? or even every other day if you can. Also if you using MFPs calorie goals make sure your activity level is set to active. you might be tired all of the time because you aren't eating enough. And there isn't anything wrong with eating fast…
