Week 3- Success!
I just did my first workout for week 3 & it was so easy! I did 1 1/2 min run & 4 min run intervals instead of 3 min run intervals. I admit I took a 20ish minute break in between so I could get my eyebrows done but I did an extra 4 minute run interval. I'm so proud of myself! I was totally scared of the 5 min runs next week…

Wearing uggs while doing yoga?
Okay, I personally don't do yoga, but I noticed a trend in the yoga classes at the gym: So many ladies where uggs to yoga class! Not just the beginner yoga-ers but some people who come all the time as well. What is the reasoning behind this? lol.

Do you count your exercise calories?
Yesterday I had around 1600 calories of food. My MFP daily calories are at about 1750 calories so thats all good. But, I did around 500 calories of exercise so if gave me another 500 calories. At the end of the day it was at about 1050 calories with the exercise minus. I know eating under 1200 isn't ideal but this is fine…
