The same sweater 6 months later

I hit the halfway point today and was feeling like I wasn't seeing much progress so I went to try on some of my old clothes. This sweater is huge on me now!

    Your doing good! At my heaviest I was 230lbs. I did not gain it over night so I had to remember that when loosing the weight and it took awhile...the last 69 lbs took me around 3 yrs. that's ok with me slow and steady! I'm so thankful I weigh 140/142. My goal was originally 150. And after I met it I wanted to try another 10
    Lbs.

    Remember if you loose 1 lb it's better then gaining 1 or more!!!

    You look fantastic. I am just starting on this journey and can't wait till I see progress like that. It is so true I gained this weight over the course of years and I understand its a slow process. I will take 36 lbs in 6 months though. Again Great Job
