Weight Loss Calculator

I got linked to this calculator on another forum and think its pretty neat. You put all of your stats in and it will give you a date where you will theoretically meet your goal weight. I wouldn't pay any mind to option 4 or 5 b/c i think that they are too aggressive but #1-3 are good IMO. It also gives a reasonable calorie goal.

Heres my stats and what it gave me. 5'8, moderately active, 159 and want to lose 20lbs

#1 - TDEE - 500 cals (1925cals/day): June 14, 2014
#2 - TDEE - 15% (2060cals/day): August 5, 2014
#3 - TDEE - 20% (1940cals/day): June 18, 2014

If you dont like the 'if everyday were today....' you probably wont like this but I still wanted to put it out there. Oh and im sorry if its been linked already, im too lazy to do a board search. :flowerforyou:

    It won't let you go under 1200 calls a day so that's a plus!

    Apparently if I eat 15% less a day I'll be done by April 3rd. If I eat 25% less a day, I'll be done by April 5th. However, if I eat 20% less a day, I won't be done until April 22nd. Very strange.

    Pretty cool site though, it pretty much recommended the amount of calories I'm eating, which is nice (though it does think I'll be done 20 days earlier if I eat either 70 more a day or 90 less a day lol).
