I'm going to be working on thanksgiving and won't be able to go to thanksgiving dinner :cry: I'll probably get takeout and watch some halloween movies by myself. We're in the process of moving and i'll be painting the whole house all weekend so hopefully that will give me some extra calories.

Im aiming for 147 (75 lbs lost!) right now but I think I might need to aim lower. I don't have a lot of lmm :cry: (I wasn't on a VLCD or anything, im just like that). It all just depends on how I look though. If I feel like I look hot at 147, ill try to maintain there.

Chin/jawline acne is usually hormonal. Forehead acne is more diet related iirc. If someone has diet related acne its usually because of soy. It messes with your hormones. Green tea and flax are the other ones you might want to look into. GL!

Do you know what your body fat % is? How tall are you? You seem like you're really muscular! If I were you I would set my goal at a small deficit (.5 or 1lb/week), make sure to get in enough protein to maintain all of that lmm and lift some weights.

I've poked 5 holes in my belt since the beginning of the year. I used to wear it at the 3rd hole from the tightest, so im down 8 holes. :happy:

Either early in the morning (8-9am) or after lunch (12-2) because the gym is pretty empty. I never go in the evenings because its packed and i hate waiting.

No. you should eat at least some of them back. MFP has already set you at a deficit with no exercise. OP you should try to net 1360. thats how MFP works.

I weight train 2x a week with a trainer and try to get in 2 cardio workouts on my own. Its working well for me :smile:

Anddd it takes a long time to gain muscle. A woman eating at a surplus and training like its her job would be lucky to gain 10lbs of muscle A YEAR. EDIT: just realized op was a male. oops.

I just looked at your diary and you're logging things like 1.2 slices of toast, 1.3 eggs, .6 of a banana, .6 of a slice of pizza, ect. Are you weighing these foods? they look like ridiculous portions.

tomatoes. my mouth gets itchy just thinking about it. and anything with bones/eyes/face. I won't eat KFC or turkey dinner because it freaks me out lool.

danish butter cookies! I could eat a boxfull. I can't wait til christmas :smile: aaand girl guide chocolate mint cookies. i'm glad the guides around here are lazy and are never out selling them or else i would be buying boxes everytime i went to the store.
