I feel like there are 2 high seasons on MFP- January with the new years resolutioners & the spring time with the skinny for the summertime crowd. It slows down during the fall/winter months with the holidays.

you need to start eating a lot more and lifting. I used a TDEE calculator with your stats and your TDEE is probably in between 16-1800. A 10% deficit is around 1550 calories. Eat that much & start lifting. GL.

I became poor (gym membership + training) and now I cant afford new clothes. I look like a hobo.

I would say 6-12 months. Do the exercises that you like and know that you will stick to. I can't see your food diary but if you have your weight loss goal set at 2lbs/week you should lower it to .5 or 1lb/week since you dont have a lot to lose. GL!

Your net should be 1200. So if you burned 300 cals at the gym you would eat 1500 calories a day.

boobs and legs. my legs are looking awesome now, if a bit twiggy. i've gone down a whole cup and band size but my boobs look perkier/better.

You say you feel miserable eating more than 700 calories a day? Obviously you weren't having that problem before or else you wouldn't be overweight.

iirc your brain alone needs 500 calories a day to work properly. 700 is not enough

yeah... no. If I want 5 chicken breasts it costs $12-15. There goes half of my budget. A gallon of milk is more than $5. WELCOME TO BC!

I always wear workout shorts or capris. I can't imagine working out in jeans. Chafing for days! :cry:

lol! Im going down to the cabin next week for a family vacay and im seriously considering taking my food scale with me. I think it would make me look a bit obsessive to my cousins. :laugh:

Ive lost the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year. Im hoping for a cinder block (33lbs) by the end of the month :D

I like the stairmaster & rower the best. I feel like im actually doing something unlike the elliptical where the machine moves your body and does all of the work for you (idk if that makes any sense lol).

once you start eating again you will regain all of the weight you lost. good luck with that.

i suggest eating at maintenance for awhile. Even if you go on some crazy low-carb raw diet and lose 10lbs if you don't learn to control yourself chances are you will be right back where you started.

o/ I finished C25k and realized I didn't actually like running! :laugh: Now I mostly lift weights with a 10 minute cardio warmup before (stairclimber, rower or arctrainer). I swim on the weekends as well.

On WW they give you a low amount of calories (points) and all of the fruits & veg are free because they are hoping you will start eating them. If you only ate points and no free stuff you would probably be eating less than 1000cals.

My goal is 150. That would put me around 23% BF if I retain most of my muscle mass.
