If i'm creeping someones diary and I see that they are doing awesome ill leave them a "good job!" but I don't feel right critiquing someones diary when they didn't ask.

Not bad food wise, maybe try eating smaller portions? Like 1 or 2 fillets instead of 3, and 2 or 3 oz of pasta instead of 4? 1000cal for 1 meal is alot.

Eat foods like peanut butter & nuts. If you eat anything that is lo-cal or low fat switch to full fat. ex. Drink whole milk instead of skim.

MFPs sugar goal is redic. If I eat a piece or two of fruit a day I ALWAYS go over. Adding everything else I eat my sugar looks pretty bad on a daily basis. I dont worry about it lol.

PB&J, grilled cheese, bagels.. Im a big fan on carbs for breakfast lol. Do you like any non-sugary cereal? I really like shreddies and rice krispies and eat them regularly too.

I don't think there is anything necessarily -bad- with eating fast food if you are under your calorie limit, it would just be -better- to eat homecooked meals, ykwim? I usually eat out at least once a week as well because I work late at night and dont have the energy to make my own food when I get home.

I always lose weight while on vacation! I don't have time to sit around and stuff my face like I usually do, i'm always walking everywhere.

I would recommend the new rules of weight lifting for women book. Its great for a beginner.

Planet fitness is a bit crazy. They have odd rules (ex. No grunting while lifting weights). I think it would be a good place to start though.

You might not be losing weight but gaining muscle instead. THE SCALE ISNT THAT IMPORTANT! Im guessing back in 2010 your body was in starvation mode (500 calories some days? YIKES) and was losing MUSCLE not FAT, which isnt good. I wouldnt worry about this too much.

Stretch! Ice your calves before and after your workout. And buy a foam roller. :)

Your periods might come back now since you've upped you calories, might not. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're planning on having a baby soon because it seems like it is from being active. I'm not a doctor though!

20% body fat is LEAN already. are you sure thats what you're around? 10% is at bodybuilder status

I never put on makeup to go to the gym, but If I come from work I still have my makeup on. I'm a huge skincare/makeup junkie and I still dont bother taking my makeup off to work out.
