Unless you have blood pressure issues dont sweat it.....ive tripled my daily intake a few days from ham(high salt) and pickles and it doesnt effect me in anyway or slow my weight loss...if your worried drink more water

i just found out that its dairy doing it to me...i stopped eating it for about a week and bloating was gone, im heart broken tho because i love it so i got some lactate pills today to see if they will help me

Okay and what does this prove?....If you eat to much of any of that you will gain weight...weight loss isnt about food its about not going over your calorie needs. You also forgot cucumbers celery and a whack of food that has far less calories then the ones you listed.

None...Eating less calories then your body needs burns fat there is no magic food....eat, cardio, lift weights and stay under your calorie goal will rid of belly fat

The healthier you eat the better your weight loss will go and more fat burnt.....You can get abs eating crappy but under your goal im sure but the better you eat the easier it will be to stick with it in the end i feel....Keep pushing you will get there im not far off abs myself but i eat pretty good i feel i have cut out…

Fruit is great i eat some every day...some days 3-5 servings DO NOT cut it out.....Those who are saying its bad if you eat to much well duh thats kinda the purpose of mfp, if you eat anything over your burned calories in the day you will not lose weight because when if comes down to it weight gain is surplus of calories…

Your body needs fats and salt...going over fats or salt wont hurt you unless you have blood pressure issues or something but fat and salt dont make people fat going over calories does...its been proven anything under your calorie goal for the day is fine and will lose weight...however the better you eat the better you feel…

Your body does not care if you eat all your calories in the morning, night, 3am, 12pm any time...you can eat one item every 10 mins the thing that matters is getting your macros and staying under your calorie goal, meal timing is not an issue nor does it effect weight loss

I can assure you none of those are cat food, i dont have any cats and its all tuna but 3 or 4 salmon i believe....There is all kinds of different flavors of tuna in there, sun dried tomato, jalapeno, sweet thai chilli, garlic and hot pepper, lemon and pepper, no drain required ones in spring water, no drain in sunflower…

Egg cholesterol has nothing to do with blood cholesterol...in fact its been proven to reduce your bad blood cholesterol so relax and enjoy all your eggs...and sugar long as your staying out of processed and man made sugars they will be coming from fruit and stuff its nothing to watch or worry about. Just because i have that much doesnt mean i eat it every day, its there when i need it and lasts so why not buy it when its on for half price....i eat a wide range of food im okay im not affraid of tuna hurting me

165 and your cutting?....im shorter 5`11 and 175 and im going 165 lowest minimum you wont have anything left at 6 foot and going below 165 and yes 1700 is way to low...last week i averaged 2100 a day and lost .6lbs

There is no such thing as starvation mode first....well there is maybe but it would take a very long time to get into it and usually long as your not 5% body fat i doubt you could get into starvation....and if she has a high body fat % the body can use that to maintain its self so really its not impossible.....do i think…

When you take it doesnt really matter, most body builders will tell you taking protein any time is good, the companys that drive the window of 30 mins or what ever it is after you work out that you need to take it is a sales pitch...at least what ive read on bodybuilding.com. Personally i agree long as you hit your protein…

Dont listen to this egg cholesterol has NOTHING to do with your body cholesterol except its been proven eggs will lower your bad cholesterol numbers so long as your in your calorie goals eat as many as you like....and fat doesnt make you fat i wish people would get over this

Whats the big deal....Well do you need to eat that stuff? What does it do for your body other then tax it and fill it with processed crap and sugar....If you eat VERY healty like you claim then you would know that candy and chocolate bars are unneeded and senseless.... for a chocolate bar you could almost have another meal…

Only 2 things i worry about...calories and protein. Long as im getting 150 grams of protein or more and in my calorie goal im golden the rest isnt important to me because fat loss and gain isnt from salt, sugar or fat its from over calories and i dont eat that much processed sugars anyway to worry about them its mostly…
