If your truely that high body fat then 1800 calories is way to aggressive....just because you lose weight doesn't mean you will look better....you need to maintain muscle mass...quick weight loss is a sure fire way to lose muscle and leave you looking the same only lighter. I agree with this and would only add if your fairly thin and have no abs you will likely be better served with small calorie surplus and a good ab routine....because you cannot display that which you have not built.

because i was out of shape and didnt value what i had...nothing more nothing less. I have since learnt the value of which i had and why i would not risk losing it with the next one....the out of shape is a work in progress

yah if you are close to right your doing your body great harm...your eating 950 and burning 600 threw exercise..if this was remotely true you would be looking at organ failure, starvation, many other large issues. under-eating can be just as harmful as overeating if not more

why would you want to lose muscle?....why would you workout to waste it away.
