Just looking for some motivation and support, i need to know how long getting abs takes. So after you ladies and gents lost the majority of your fat how long did it take to shake the last bit of fat over the abs?....I weight train at the gym 5 times a week and cardio 3-4 times a week and the lbs are still coming off it…

How much should i eat back
Currently i dont have a hrm and for the time being (laidoff) i wont be getting one for a bit....recently i figured out that this site set me up to eat way to little calories, this has caused me to stop weight loss and level out...since i upped my calories but i still have a hard time wanting to eat my exercise calories…

Need some opinions on how many cals i should go up to
Currently eating 1460 cals.....im 5,11 male weight is 179-180.4 up and down the last little while and i think im stuck. I know im not eating enough and im having a hard time wanting to go up in cals because im concerned ill undo my hard work.
