Back at it.....Looking for like minded support

was on here back in 2012...lost nearly 70lbs worked amazing had some good friends and support heres some pictures
This was me before i started mfp....at about 230-235

At which time about a year (2013) i believe i got very sick (flu)...due to low body fat that i wasnt use to....low calorie and what not. I realize now i was to focused on getting abs that i didnt see i was eating to little and didnt capitalize on my gym efforts.
So here we are again but with a whole new game plan and strategy...i understand the macros and food and put in good time in the gym. So this is about 5 months so far (some time off for shoulder issues)
About 230-235 again at the start this time after falling off the wagon and then burning it lol
This is 5 months later NOT trying to lose weight...im looking to build a solid foundation not worried about fat loss.....some day perhaps lean out but right now i want to gain size and shape and strength...at 211.9
Not breaking records but just know now that this is a long progress and i want it to be a life change...feel good and getting stronger. Right at this moment most ive benched is 205lbs...squat 310lbs (low) and deadlift 330lbs but again im not trying to max out just progress upward every week.
so if anyones looking to get stronger and wants support and motivation add me i love helping and being helped
