Favorite high calorie healthy foods?

Hi All,
I eat a very healthy diet of organic nutrient dense, whole foods. However, I need to start eating more calories. Between 1800-2100 based on my workouts (insanity and Turbofire). I just recently started to log in my calories as I never really seemed to care to count and realized I was not getting nearly enough for the intense workouts I'm doing. What are some of your favorite High calorie add ons or foods? Keep in mind I don't eat overly processed stuff. I get lots of good oils too. Coconut, homemade ghee and olive oils. Looking for things that wont be too filling since I am not all that hungry anyways.

    Avocado, nut butter, cheese if you eat that.

    Yes I love all of those. Looks like I need to just add more. I usually do IF so I have to get all my calories in a certain window. So looks like I'm adding more mut butters to my shakes and an extra egg and oils to my salads and might have to start making BP coffee again.

    Nut butters
    Nuts & seeds
    Dried fruit
    Whole milk, cheeses, yogurt, etc.
    Sauces and dips will pack on the calories, like pesto, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, hummus, etc.
    Avocado
    Oily fish, like salmon

    I also like adding pepita seeds when I heat up soups and beans.

    nuts, nut butters, seeds, avocados, fattier cuts of meat, full fat dressings, full fat dairy, fattier cuts of meat, brown rice, lentils, legumes...

    Granola has plenty of calories. 1/2 = roughly 200 calories, and it's not filling.

    Justin's Maple Almond Butter on a whole wheat waffle. It's high calorie (I reserve it for big hiking days) and so delicious.

    I just went and bought some of my favorite bars. GoMacro. They are very healthy whole food and high calorie

    Contrarian here: Are either the workouts or the amount you're currently eating recent changes? If not, have you been losing weight? If you haven't been losing weight, and you haven't changed your workouts or how much you're eating recently (say, in the last three weeks), you're not eating too little, you're just not logging accurately. (I'm assuming your goal is either maintenance or weight loss.) Are you weighing your food with a scale?

    Seedless grapes. The calories add up waaay too quickly with those.

    No my workouts don't really change I cycle between different programs. Three different ones since 2012. And yes when I first started logging in i wasn't even getting nearly 1200 calories and no weight loss weight gain. I'm upping my calories based on beachbody and their guidelines to loose some weight. I new I hit some kind of plateau. So trial and error. I'll see how I do on same programs wich I usually burn between 400-800 at high intensity. And see how things work out.

    I just got some sunflower seed butter and its freaking amazing. Avocado with some lemon. eggs.
