pretty big misconception, protein or any food actually wont make you bulky, those who are bulky either worked there butts off to get it, or used a drug source but still worked for it.....its not easy getting bigger and its even harder for females to get bigger.....workout and eat a balanced diet you will love what happens…

bud do yourself a favor, you have great foundation and good muscle mass....lose it slower .5lb a week sure it will take longer but you will eat more and you will retain more mass and in the end look much better. Dont rush it your not in bad shape and you want to preserve the mass you worked hard to build man

when did i say females need to eat 4000..i said i felt her being below 1500 is low, thats my opinion and there are PLENTY of males that eat just as low...that is why i feel it works but it doesnt. Those people will lose weight starving, but will they look better? likely not and will they have luck keeping the weight off?…

under 1500 in my opinion at the height and weight seems to low, perhaps you have a lower metabolism but the vast majority that would be starving...The problem is people start at 1200, 1500 and lose weight uber fast and think thats the best thing in the world...then boom weight loss stops now what? where do you go from…

im not sure where in your profile picture you need to lose any weight....however workout choice matters none...you could lay in bed and lose weight, its calories in calories out.

app works good...however it seems most dont realize it is an estimate on calories and they eat far to little.....so many people eating less then 1500 calories that have no business going that low. Plus theres a huge number who want to lose weight far to fast. to me it makes sense to eat as much as possible while losing…

excess calories causes weight gain, not the types of food you eat. You can get fat over eating any food.

you got this kim...you need to be more positive and results will follow. My suggestion just start slow, keep calories as high as possible while losing weight very slowly. Im going to start bulking soon so not a big deal but i really feel the weight loss has made my cold sensitivity much greater and i hate being cold all the time....to combat that for some reason i feel i should eat and put on the weight, or its just the fact that im a major food lover lol

If you think this sad excuse for ice cream compares to ben and jerrys you need help....Id much MUCH rather use 1000 calories of glorious goodness that is ben and jerrys sorry to say this is not an option for me
