Yes i cut out bananas and lost all 60lbs.........NOT. I eat them all the time some times 4 a day....i eat ben and jerrys to sugar doesnt effect it nor do bananas there is no one food that causes more weight gain then another. Calories in and out is the answer eat the damn bananas

no...Sugar, or any one thing doesnt make you fat. Stay in your calorie goal, hit your macros (protein, fats, carbs) and micros (vits) and your good. Anyone who says to much sugar will stop weight loss just thinks that because it worked for them,...best way to lose weight eat less then you burn in a day

Thank you lol seems everyones against me lol. If you want low cal stuff try fiber one brownies or whip up homemade stuff.....i make protein cheesecakes all the time allowing me to get a treat and fill my protein and fat levels. Im not saying you cant eat low cal im simply saying enjoy life and dont kill yourself avoiding…
