well seeing sugar alone doesnt make ANYONE fat...it doesnt matter i use both but starting to like the non instant because it fluffs up more and feels i get to eat much more....i add all kinds of things, berries, pie fillings...egg whites...sugar free jello puddings all kindas so good :)

why are you scared of carbs??? The only thing that matters hit your macros/micros and eat less then your body uses calorie goal wise..its not hard

Wrong...if you hit your macros it doesnt matter what you eat for the rest....for instance i eat 150-160 grams of protein and hit my 60+ grams of fat and the rest can be anything i want for the rest of the day. If sugar makes you feel bad then you have a medical condition, your body doesnt care if your carbs are cake or pie…

if you arent losing weight you arent counting correctly...if you measure, weight your food and still dont you either are to high calorie goal...or have a medical issue. No one food, no one macro(ie..carb, protein, fats) make you fat or hinder weight loss

really depends if hes 160 and no stomach or chest fat...id say eat at maintance and keep working out and lifting heavy and his body should start to recomp....or slow bulk..200-250 over maintance. its not bread its fat....unless your 6ft and decent muscle mass then its fat. The lower stomach is the last fat to leave the body when dieting in 90 percent of males, stop belaming it on food and keep working it will go it just takes time.
