Ha lol i think they are far from ripped but thank you very much none the less, im motivated and very very stubburn so this is gonna be another before picture in 6 months so keep an eye out :) Your doing amazing the jiggly gets less and less it takes time but your moving in the right direction so keep your head up :)

Skip breakfest or eat light all day and eat big at night...this is how i do it, meal timing and stuff means nothing your body doesnt care when or how much you eat at what time...Long as you put in less food then your body needs to run you will lose weight simple as that

I really dont get how your a male and full at 1200 calories....unless your under 4 feet tall.....Im a 27yr old male 5-11 and i eat 2300-2500 a day and still losing to much weight to fast, i dont watch sugars, salt or anything other then protein and fat and i only watch them to make sure i get enough of both

think of it this way you want to drink a shake twice a day for the rest of your life instead of food to maintain?.....Counting calories and learning portion control and better eating habits is a far better choice
