I prefer seeing what I have achieved and feel good about it rather than worrying about how much more work I need to do to loose the remaining weight. I personally prefer having a weight graph showing my entered weight on regular interval. More insightful for others to see how weight fluctuates and plateau for other people…

I had a nice workout in the morning. Then I enjoyed multigrain bagel with cream cheese from Starbucks.

I feel that all the times. I have a 6" subway and I don't feel full until hour later. But at the same time I am feeling hungry. Normally Drinking water helps a bit. But my mind is craving food yet stomach is saying no more food. I just ignore it and keep myself busy with work.
