I think you should log in everything so that you can look back and see what you are consuming. I count my coffee, and that only has a few calories! I don't know what you did, but u did it WELL! you are such an inspiration for those just getting started! Don't give up, and if you hit a plateau, its usually common after losing a significant amount of weight. Congratulations! you look so beautiful! :)

i actually got the raspberry ketones. and so far i have some results. I am doing what I should be doing as well. Maybe its just having a placebo effect i cannot really tell you, but im not a scientist to know the facts from gimmicks but im experimenting for myself. as long as its not dangerous!

im trying the rasberry ketones. i think i got a little boost, or taking them just made me more focused altogether. i just got ordinary ones at walmart. so i only spent less than $5. how are they working for you?

Welcome, you can do it. loggin into your diary really helped me. when i had to put down the bad food i ate and saw how many calories it had helped me not do that to often. u can add me if u need encouragement

try elliptical, or get a dvd you can work out to.... also have you done any resistance?

I read when you hit a plateau you should change your exercise routine. let me know if that helps!

i was this way when i started. i was even eating well. I think initially your gaining muscle. Just make sure you are eating the right foods. Sometimes certain medications, and cortisol levels have effects on weight loss. so look into that as well.

water, coffee, green tea, and unsweetened almond milk. i used to drink vitamin water, but just recently i cut that out. its not as "healthy as it sounds" and i hope to stop drinking coffee someday...but we will see i can't make promises with that one!

i been on a low carb diet and i eat some almonds when i feel like that. maybe like 10. eat them slow but its worked for me and its a healthy food

i used to be 150, and after i got on birth control i gained like 20 lbs. so first I want to get back to my original 150 (I am 167 right now) and then try to lose 10 lbs.
