No Medifast is not all it's cracked up to be. Get off of that stuff fast. Eat healthy balanced food choiced at at least 1200 calories a day. When you exercise caculate those calories and eat some of them back. Welcome and good luck Namaste, Kristine

All yoga poses can be modified to your fitness level and or mood. Only go as far in the pose as your body feels good doing. NEVER try to go further. Remember the teacher has been doing this for a long time. Keep going and over time you will notice improved flexability. I love yoga! Namaste, Kristine

It all depends on how sore. I think it is good to move through stiffness but your body does need to rest. This is how you build muscle. Little tears in the muscle when you work out need time to adjust and heal o get stronger.

I am 5'4' and I put down a "goal" weight of 130 pounds. I am not really too worried about that number. I'll know when I am there by how I look and feel. Yep! I am coming back from injuries and still have to be thoughtful. Slow and steady wins the race. So, we just do what we can do and add to that each day. Keep it up and you'll see results. Kristine

I find that I tend to go over what MFP says I need in protein. I don't worry about it, I'm not eating 12 oz. steaks for every meal. I just try to stick to my calories. Sometimes I'm good and sometimes not.
