Ok thanks! I thought I was doing it right, but it looks like I got it. Eat what I have left in "calories left" area until it gets as close to 0 as possible. Red is bad I have learned that :) :happy:

I love mine. I have lost a ton of pedometers trying to count my exercise, but the fit-bit you can hook right to the middle of your bra, so no more falling of your waistband:) I made a commitment on my birthday that no matter how what I have to log 10,000 steps a day to ensure I get to celebrate the next!
